Where we ship
Hackberry Road ships only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping costs
- Coffee and tea: Free US shipping on every order, with no minimum.
- Mugs, apparel, hats, and other merchandise: Shipping is charged at checkout and depends on the item. US rates start at $4.69. An express option is available on some items.
You'll always see your full shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Coffee and tea are roasted and packed to order. Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–5 business days, then delivered in about 3–5 business days.
- Merchandise is made to order. Items are typically produced within 2–5 business days, then delivered in about 3–6 business days with standard shipping.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may run longer during the holiday season.
Orders with more than one item
Coffee and tea ship separately from mugs and apparel because they're made in different places. If your order includes both, you'll receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information when each package ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us at HackberryRoadCoffeeTeasandHome@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
